Traveling tips for Paris

Getting to Paris is easy, just purchase a low cost airline ticket and there you are! But finding what to do there is a different story. First of all, we might want to talk about what hotels are there so you know where you can stay. There is a hotel called Hotel Muget in the main city. It’s a very comfortable hotel with rooms decorated colorfully and are very attractive. Everything is so clean you won’t even find a speck of dust anywhere! In my personal opinion, I have visited Paris in March of 2007 and this one desk person (woman) yelled at me when I asked her some simple questions. I don’t know if she spoke the language though, as little as I knew the language myself, I think she knew less than me! But otherwise, everything else about the hotel was honestly excellent. The rooms are pretty small however (but worth it since it’s only 97 Euros). The shower is not at all that large either, but the overall feel and look to the rooms are just very nice. The breakfast that you get part of most packages was a very good semi-buffet. The breakfast itself (considering alone and not a package in itself) was quite expensive (8 Euros) but it does include a very nice brand cereal, some fruits and vegetables along with some spaghetti, pizza, yogurt, and pains. Overall the hotel itself will be a great experience for all and I encourage anyone to take a visit to Murget Hotel.

Now we all know about the Eiffel Tower in Paris right? Well, if you don’t know, it’s just a building built in the 19th century located on the Champ de Mars. It’s become globally known as an “icon” of France and it’s one of the most recognizable structures in the world, so if you’re going to travel to Paris, you MUST see this building. I recently read on the online that the French are going to change the system in which they let people in so that they can let in more people at a time, so the queuing will be faster. It also mentioned that the intention is to have visitors spend more money once they actually get into the tower by offering more catering, so if you’re that type of person, go ahead, but beware. Anyways, have a good time there, and register for a hotel before you go!
